Today (31/10/22) it was announced that Lula da Silva has beaten Jair Bolsonaro in the Brazilian presidential election. Lula is committed to stopping the destruction of the Brazilian rain forest, the “lungs” of the planet, while, as president for the last 4 years, Bolsonaro has followed policies that have done the reverse.
