We’re having a church holiday at New Wine this summer… without leaving home.

New Wine is going online this summer and they’re offering their programme out to churches… for free!  If you have ever fancied a taste of New Wine but have been put off by the idea of camping, crowds or rain this year you can enjoy the whole event from the comfort of your own home. But we’re going to do so together – Astrid is going to ‘be there’ and after each main morning and evening session she will be hosting discussion and reflection on Zoom.

You’ll have the benefit of top notch Bible teaching from Pete Hughes (leader of KXC in central London) and Bishop Jill Duff in the mornings. Then in the evenings Miriam Swaffield (from Fusion), Chris Lane (Pastor and St Mellitus Tutor), Gary Haugen (from International Justice Mission), leadership coach Jo Saxton and New Wine’s  National Leader Paul Harcourt will be leading the Celebrations. You can see the full programme here.

There is also going to be a programme of TED-style seminars throughout the day on topics like Grief; Loss & lament; Holy Spirit ministry; Where is the world going?; Mental health & wellbeing; Parenting; Race; Apologetics; Creation care; and Prayer.

If you’d like to be part of TBC’s New Wine community please sign up here so that Astrid can keep in touch with you as new elements are added to the programme or if there are changes to the way we can do things. The TBC New Wine community programme  looks like this at the moment:
