Brief Description of the role:

Our Small Groups have a vital role in the life of the church and in supporting and encouraging each of us as we grow and mature in our faith. They are places where we can be real and open about what God is doing in our lives, where we can pray and worship and listen to God together, where we can care for each other, and where we can explore the Bible together.

Our group leaders take responsibility for setting the culture of their group, for encouraging each member to take part in group life and in church life, and for taking a lead within the group. It’s one of the bigger jobs in church life but also one of the most rewarding.
