This weekend our young people should have been joining together with thousands of other young people at DTI youth camp and normally we would have been asking you for your prayers and cake! This year we are doing it all differently and we would still love you to pray for us.

The young people met last night for the first session of Luminosity. We are meeting in the Thomas room every evening to watch the sessions together (socially distanced), seated on our camping chairs and with our own drinks and snacks. We miss the ability to worship together with singing, but it was so fantastic to be together and hear what God has to say. We then spent time outside chatting around the firepit whilst toasting marshmallows.

As well as the evening sessions there are seminars and challenges for the young people to tap into at home during the day. So we might not be away but we know that we are joining with hundreds of other youth groups watching Luminosity. We also know that we can still experience God in new and challenging ways this weekend. Please pray that we do.
