Our harvest celebration is a time when we give thanks to God for all his good gifts and demonstrate this through our generosity towards others. This year, our cash harvest offering will go to BMS and it is called Refugees Welcome. From stocking a food bank to providing vital hygiene products and support to process paperwork, your giving and prayers could bring urgent practical support to those who have lost everything in Cyprus at the BMS welcome centre there.
There will also be an opportunity to bring a food offering which will be used for those in Southampton who are living with food insecurity. Half of what is donated will go to Southampton City Mission and the other to our own Food Hub. Again, we encourage you to give generously. Store cupboard items only please.
